Return and Exchange Policy

Bedding:

We offer 30-day no-quibble full money back guarantee for bedding products you purchased.

Products should be returned in their original packaging and condition with original tags.

This policy only applies to our bedding products.

Sleepwear:

We offer 30-day no-quibble exchange guarantee for sleepwear you purchased.

Products should be returned in their original packaging and condition with original tags.

We can only accept exchange request for sleepwear.

 

Return process:

We hope and have confidence that you would be satisfied with our silk products, but if not, just feel free to contact us at

order@fairylotus.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of shipment date.

Returns will NOT be accepted without RMA.

Please notice that if you are returning/exchanging items not due to manufacturer's defect, we will NOT be responsible for the

return shipping cost. We also suggest you to use registered mail and keep the proof of posting to avoid potential dispute.

We will NOT accept responsibility of any damage or lost on items during return shipment.

Products not eligible for Return/Exchange Guarantee:

-Special custom ordered items, including size, color and styles.

-Outlet Items

 

Shipping Information:

- All orders will be processed, and dispatched within 2 working days after payment and final size/color requirement confirmed

under most circumstances. However, delays might happen when there is delay on your payment confirmation, or the item

you purchase is currently out of stock.

We will also contact you via email if there's any problem, please keep your email available.

- Most shipments will be carried by DHL/EMS international express service. Estimated average delivery time is 3-4 working

days to most countries and regions. It might take additional 2 days for remote areas.

- We will provide detailed tracking number of the delivery as soon as it is dispatched so you are aware of the status of your

order every step on its way.

- If the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes.

Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.

 

Free Custom Duties:

The customs duties will be covered on our side during shipment.
